Accounts and private research

Email-code authentication is provided through Neon Auth. Account email, verified identity and optional display name are used for sign-in and owner-scoped watchlists, research notes and conversations stored in Neon. We do not use Google SSO or access your Google services.

Lemon research

When you send a Lemon question, the question, bounded earlier questions and selected public evidence are transmitted to Perplexity for an answer. Signed-in questions and validated answers are saved privately to your account. Guest question text is not stored in our guest usage ledger; validated guest answers and usage hashes are retained. Provider requests set store:false; that setting is not a promise of zero provider retention. Do not include confidential personal or portfolio details in questions.

Cookies, device storage and safeguards

Essential cookies maintain authentication and signed guest allowances. Guest watchlists and review preferences use browser storage. Abuse controls use keyed usage hashes; the application does not persist raw network addresses in those ledgers. Sign-in attempt hashes expire after seven days. Chat usage records currently have no automatic deletion schedule.

Services and public market data

Render hosts the application; Neon stores data and handles authentication; Resend delivers requested login codes; Perplexity processes submitted research questions. Finnhub, Yahoo Finance and public government sources provide market/evidence data. Access to public reporting does not imply these providers endorse the app. Public data caches contain no private account conversations.

Email and newsletters

Requesting a login code can send an authentication email. Opening an edition, saving research or following a company does not subscribe you or send a newsletter. Digest sending is paused during this rebuild. Existing newsletter unsubscribe and suppression preferences must be preserved before any migration of delivery.

Usage and your choices

Minimal account activity markers record visits and research/watchlist changes. These are not a session replay. Contact neeraj@lemonjuicelabs.ai to request account-data access or deletion; there is not an automated account-deletion interface in this preview. Do not assume clearing browser storage deletes signed-in server records.

This page describes the current implementation. It does not claim a privacy certification, automatic deletion of all provider logs, or an imported legacy account/archive.
